不是对我。他是我的一个无话不说的朋友。他说他最近一年都没有性，也不想。他和女生在一起也没有这种想法。他对男生也没有兴趣。他也搞不懂什么。你们有什么想法吗？谢谢。

光凭几句话，医生也不能诊断。

我想大概有几方面：首先每人的性需求不同，频率不同，不同时期还有变化，可能他原来的频率就不高。其次，有可能他有某些生理疾病，引起性趣变化。最后，他有可能没有把他整个生活状况都告诉你，某些没有提及的，或者他有意，无意不提的细节，却是主要原因。
