交作业: 豆沙酥角

还是毛毛妈的酥皮方, 基于我有的材料, 私自略作修改.



水皮: AP flour 1 cup, 盐小许; vegetable oil 2 2/3 tablespoons; water 1/2 cups



油皮:  pancake mix 2/3 cups (因为没有cake flour); oil 1/4 cups

用毛毛妈的方法准备好酥皮. 以上份量我弄16个.



包上红豆沙, 锁边(小时候做油角的方法), 涂蛋液, 洒上芝麻.



烤前:

400F, 大概15分钟, or until golden brown.



 层次很漂亮, 很酥口.
