请问雪蛤的做法,

这次试了下成功的从国内带了合雪蛤过来,不过我从来没做过,大家
知道怎么做吗,听说做不好很腥的,在国内都是吃外面做好了的,还
真从来没试过.准备一个月吃1次,听说吃多了要长肿瘤的.
