识别中风的简单步骤

最近因为一位经常联络的网友突然生病，而她的家人只是觉得她怎么突然间说话有的怪怪的（语无伦次），并没放在心上，导致最后送去急诊。。。。。。

现代人营养过剩，“三高"（高血压，高血脂，高血糖）人士的队伍也是日益壮大。
多留一点心，照顾和自己及家人则是最好的爱。

Sometimes symptoms of a stroke are difficult to identify. Unfortunately, the lack of awareness spells disaster. The stroke victim may suffer severe brain damage when people nearby fail to recognize the symptoms of a stroke.
有時中風的現象很難辨識因而造成大不幸 中風的患者腦子受到嚴重破壞而四周得人無法察覺

Now doctors say a bystander can recognize a stroke by asking three simple questions:
医生说：旁人可以问三个简单的问题来确认对方是否中风

S *Ask the individual to SMILE.
S: 要求患者笑

T *Ask the person to TALK and
SPEAK A SIMPLE SENTENCE (Coherently)
T: 要求患者說一句簡單的話 （有条理的）

R *Ask him or her to RAISE BOTH ARMS...
R: 要求患者舉起雙手

If he or she has trouble with ANY ONE of these tasks, call emergency number immediately and describe the symptoms to the dispatcher.
如果患者無法做到三項中的任一項 快打 救急电话並告知患者的徵狀

NOTE: Another 'sign' of a stroke is this: Ask the person to 'stick' out his tongue... If the tongue is 'crooked', if it goes to one side or the other, that is also an indication of a stroke.
