正蒸着的栗子
几天前NYSHAMU同学贡献了一个蒸栗子的主意,我看了觉得很好,就照着做了,成品果然香甜。
用料:
半磅栗子
做法:
栗子洗净,用剪刀在尖的那头剪一个小口
汤锅加水烧开,放栗子进蒸锅,放在汤锅上,加盖蒸30分钟
把蒸好的栗子拿出用冷水冲凉,用剪刀把皮剪开,肉拿出装盘
注:用凉水冲凉后的栗子内层不会粘到栗子肉上,皮很好剥
