排骨萝卜汤人人会做,我只是弄了个迷你型的,排骨几块,萝卜一小段……,排骨出水待用,萝卜去皮切园拄段,用刀十字相切,底部相连,先用盐水泡开,再过水漂净,成菊花状与排骨加水同蒸1小时,吃前入盐、鸡精即成,粗“粮”细做,就是一种感觉
