Here we go:
Ingredients: fish fillet, carrot, egg, bread, salt, and olive oil
Yield: four cakes = 2 servings for my baby, :-)
1. chop up & blender 1 carrot
2. add chopped-up fish fillet (half piece = 4 oz grey sole fillet) and blender it
3. pour 1&2 into a bowl and beat an egg into the mixture
4. add salt and mix
5. toast a slice of bread
6. rip toast finely and add into Mixture 4 (note: mix often as adding the bread crumbs)
7. brush olive oil into a cooking pan & medium heat (at 7 from scale 0-10)
8. use a table spoon to scoop 1/4 of Mixture 6 into the pan, push down the mixture a little and use the spoon to round the edge of the cake. Slide the cake around a little to make sure it is not sticky to the bottom of the pan
9. add another spoon of the mixture. Maybe turn down the heat a bit.
10. add the third and fourth spoon and each time turn down the heat a bit. may need to brush a little more oil to the pan when slide the cakes around.
11. when the bottom is slightly burnt, flip the first cake, then, the rest, one by one.
12. when both sides are slightly burnt, turn off heat, and set up steamer on a different burner. Put cakes in flattened cup cake wrappers and steam for about 10 minutes to cook the center of the cake.
13. serve when cooled down.
Dig in! Have fun.
