deliberate vs. delicate

To distinguish deliberate between delicate is not a matter of delicacy, for they are not synonyms, although are not too remote either.
Firstly, it is still noticeable that the delicate difference exist at the accent of vowels, which is not accidentally doing so.
Secondly, pay attention on the frequently appeared parts from their Chinese and English definition words.
After further explanation, which I\'ll give in my upcoming book, one will grasp the key to understand it better.
