我们要说,长的虽然吃起来方便,但是不雅。。。以前听过一个笑话: a group of nuns went to LA for the first time and bought some hotdogs for lunch. One sister looked at the hotlog for a long time and asked puzzly: Which part of the dog is this?
Just a food for thought: maybe, just maybe if it is not too difficult, why not bake some rectangular bums to indulge his reasonable request once a while for the sake of all the fishes you have enjoyed so far from a devoted and loving “fishing man” :))
I am not too sure if the species, pacific black sea bass, is viviparous. (fish eggs would be fertilized inside the body of the mother, eventually leading to live birth of fish larvae) I know most fishes are oviparous: they deposit their eggs in the water, which would hatch later, but there are some fishes which are viviparous types.
For your question “鱼的嘴巴不大,怎么能把章鱼吞进去呢 ?” I think one possible hypothesis/explanation that I came up with is that because of octopuses’ physiology and anatomy (almost entirely soft tissues with no internal skeleton), they have an amazing ability to squeeze their body through extreme narrow slits or holes between underwater rocks to seek protection when chased by predators. But in this case, a young inexperienced and disarrayed small octopus might mistake a sea bass’ month as safe heaven to hide when it was attacked. In the end, its natural instinct and its own strength did not help it to save its skin, instead making it a cooperative victim and leading its tragic fate.:(
If there is no hassle, can you share the fishes and especially the dishes made from them with us next time ? BTW, fishing is not my forte, but I like eating fish a lot. :)
