从中国旅游回来，收到两份奖品，一份是中国来的散文一等奖，让我高兴了一下却又有些懊恼，为啥？我竟然错过了可以去北京参加颁奖典礼！否则上台领个奖什么，也可以满足一下我文人的小小的虚荣心！不过仔细一瞧，参会领奖还挺麻烦的，除了交报名费、照片身份证还得交食宿会务费若干等等，看来错过就错过吧，出风头出不到了，咱就拿个奖状自我欣赏欣赏。还有一份奖我早已知道，不过真收到这个包裹还是满心欢喜立刻打开，那就是加拿大万维读者网发的奖金和奖品。 从这两个奖项中也能看到如今中国和海外对办这种文化活动的相异之处。 中国办的活动势头大名头响，2011年全国散文作家论坛和征文大赛一等奖，听上去又光彩又顺耳。若参加颁奖会，地点更是让人眼睛一亮：中国的国宾馆钓鱼台，份量够足吧！还可以就势申请加入中国的散文作家协会。只要参会者交纳一定的会费，你还可以申请成为VIP贵宾等等。奖金多少？没听说过！ 海外加拿大万维读者网办的征文活动名为：2011年“海归、海不归”有奖征文比赛，说得很明了“有奖”，我以“梅雨”的笔名投了篇小说，获得二等奖，万维寄来了奖状、奖金美元100块，外加一件印有“有华人的地方就有万维读者网”字样的体恤衫。没有要求缴纳任何费用，还有奖金可拿！真好！是不是？问题是，万维的权威性比不上中国的散文作家论坛。可是这种征文得奖的模式却是我认为正常的形式！ 废话少说，得了奖我还话多，这不是得了便宜还卖乖吗，等着挨砖板。我快闪！：） 谢谢万维，让我觉得自己的文字还值几个钱，虽说不多，可也令我这“穷酸”文人觉得还能被尊重而深受感动呢！ |

Just to clarify, I did not pay fee for speech. I paid for the hotel/meals and all the visits they led us to.
I earned the recognition and respect to finally hit that stage. I thank God for that and I have learned to appreciate what God has given to me. May He be glorified.
Haiyun is just simply saying her opinions and trying to be a bit humor. But thank you, nice to know you stockwizard. People get to know each other in different ways. Wish you to have a nice Middle Autumn Festival!
