I'll walk in the rain by your side I'll cling to the warmth your hand I'll do anything to keep you satisfied I'll love you more than anybody can
And the wind will whisper your name to me Little birds will sing along in time Leaves will bow down when you walk by And morning bells will chime
I'll be there when you're feelin' down To kiss away the tears if you cry I'll share with you all the happiness I've found A reflection of the love in your eyes
And I'll sing you the songs of the rainbow A whisper of the joy that is mine And leaves will bow down when you walk by And morning bells will chime

What a sweet photo you chose to pair up with the song. You have an amazing taste for beauty.
I imagine it being a precious moment you have shared with one of your China doll daughters.
John Denver (December 31, 1943 – October 12, 1997), born Henry John Deutschendorf, Jr., was an American Country Music/folk singer-songwriter and folk rock musician who was one of the most popular artists of the 1970s. He recorded and released some 300 songs, about half of which he had composed, and was named Poet Laureate of Colorado in 1977. Songs such as "Take Me Home, Country Roads" (1971), "Leaving on a Jet Plane", "Calypso" (1975), "Thank God I'm a Country Boy", and "Rocky Mountain High" (1973) are popular worldwide. Denver has been referred to as "The Poet For the Planet", "Mother Nature's Son" (based on The Beatles song he covered) and "A Song's Best Friend".
