糍饭糕、葱油面是上海家喻户晓的平民早餐,儿时糍饭糕4分一块,葱油拌面1角2分,呵呵,这种价格如今己成了历史了,出国N年,在国外还真没吃过“糍饭糕”凭良心讲,过去的糍饭糕就是把当天剩下的饭,压实成型笫二天油炸外卖,并不好吃到那里,如今所追忆的只是一种家乡的感觉儿时的回味……

糍饭糕的做法;
糯米1/3,大米2/3,盐少许,将2者合并入少许盐煮成原饭,煮好后趁热放入模具中压紧压实,待凉后切大后片入油锅炸至外香内酥即可,简单美味……

葱油拌面;五彩细面一把,葱、糖、酱油……锅入油二勺,大把葱慢慢升温熬至葱香略枯,先入酱油炒至酱香再入水、糖,即成葱油汁吃时拌入面中即可……
