This morning I went to my dental appt.with my hyginest Diane. She cleaned my teeth nicely.
I see my dentist and hyginest regularly once every four months. Every time I went there, my hyginest was not satisfied with my dental care. She always said I didn't do a good job to brush my teeth and lots of plagues and bacterias in my teeth and gums.And my gums were puffy and red and easily bleeding etc.
Really dental care is a hard job. I already tried my best.I did brush my teeth twice daily using a electrical tooth brush and I floss everyday. I use mouth wash everyday.How come my oral hygine is still not that good.
It is patience and time. Each time I brushed, I was in a hurry. I didn't insist on brushing 3 whole minutes every time. Maybe that was the reason I didn't do a good job.
And I am supposed to hold my electrical tooth brush on the teeth instead of actually brushing them.The vibration of the electrical tooth brush will do its cleaning job by itself and I don't need to move it around.
Diane suggested I should brush my teeth more often say three times or four times a day. Can I do that?
Last time I was here was 4 months ago and I remembered I felt my baby's movements in my tummy for the first time when I lied down on the checking bed.Now my tummy was bigger and again when I was lying down there I felt the movements constantly.
Next time I need to come here will be on March 20,2012.
