菜鸟菜鸟,面食不愁,人有盒子,我有担子

看了楼下把酒话桑麻MM 浪漫韭菜盒子,想起我的韭菜“担”子。和大家分享凑个热闹

话说有天要去听音乐会,咱情绪很好呀。怕来不及,所以晚饭就用filo dough 包了海鲜烤烤再加个沙拉很快开饭。刚端上桌子就有人笑喷了。我给他笑得心里发毛,也就跟着讪讪地笑笑,心想糟了,这菜是我从一本“二人浪漫餐”里学的,不会是给他看出来,他笑我这黄脸婆还要闹浪漫?!强装淡定问他怎么了,人家头也不抬,继续笑着说“你不觉得这象个破包裹,十六铺出来的?” 我@#$%^^&*——— 脸上一条黑线,说“小时候没敢多往码头跑,不记得了。难道你挑过?”

呵呵,其实再看看也真的有点象哦。哎,浪漫,精致,是我这种粗人一辈子学不来的哈。蛮歉然看人家一眼,人家居然很默契地说“嘿嘿,别担心,我就将就将就了。” 留我继续*&^%$#@!!

好吧,浪漫不会精致没有,饭还是要吃的,LG 喜欢的韭菜盒子我这南方人也是要继续学做的。你要十六铺的包裹,我给你十六铺的包裹!于是就有了这个,索性还加了根扁担,看到没看到没?!

我最近比较喜欢用filo dough, 虽然口感和派皮或起酥皮不一样,感觉上比较少油健康些,其实就是懒,可以不用做皮,嘻嘻

这是菠菜豆腐馅的

这个是罐头黄桃馅的“派”,

苹果、梨子啥的水果都可以的,这个是前天用快烂的梨子做的 :-)

事先把水果切片或切块,用黄油炒炒,我喜欢洒点朗姆酒点火烧一下(主要自我感觉比较好,好象象那么回事似的,哈哈),加点各人喜欢的香料,糖,收汁,待冷,馅就算做成啦。这个也是跟Sue 姐姐学的。
