家有四岁小儿， 对奶制品和人工色素过敏。虽已年过四岁，但是只吃过一次生日蛋糕。这一次大儿子过生日，为了照顾小儿子日益增长的“攀比”心理，我这个不擅长西餐的妈妈下定决心，调查研究，做了一个超大号的生日蛋糕。现在贴出来给大家参考，如果有更好的方子，麻烦告知一下，我明年还可以改进。
蛋糕体的方子： 双层柠檬蛋糕，草莓夹心。
４１／２ cup all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
11/2 tbsp baking powder
11/2 tbsp baking soda
1 tbsp lemon zest
2 cups soymilk
1/2 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup earth balance butter flavored spread
2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs

8 cups of confectioners' sugar
2 cups shortening
4 tablespoons of water
注解：这个糖霜的量很大，可以做双层甚至三层蛋糕。 如果制作一层，量可减半。
