University of Pennsylvania is called Penn instead of UPenn. They base on how you call the school to differentiate if you are in Penn circle.
The table shows median rather than mean. If there are a few receive unusual high financial aid then the mean will be artificially inflated. Like NBA players salary, a few make multi-million will inflate average salary a lot but actually most of the player make less than 1 million.
Penn is stingy with financial aid. This is due to its larger student population and smaller endowment s comparing like HYPS. Penn is well-known for reducing your financial aid starting second year. ED and higher admission rate also differentiate Peen from other EA schools.
But, Penn is a great school.
