Ming and Bing caught wide basses at Windsor, they gave us five on Monday, I steamed two right away for dinner, fried one for fish noddle soup (forgot taking picture) for lunch on Wendsday, fried two with garlic,ginger,green onion in Chaoshan style for dinner. Yummy,yummy...wide live basses,no matter how you cook, all delicious.Me and Aaron finished all in one moment.
