这是一次难忘的登山， 如果没有Rick 带领， 我们是无法完成整个行程并且登顶，中间太多的岔道。而且是我心里比较胆怯的沙石地。

和青少年们一起， 我感觉体力好极了。一路在前，也不觉得累。这个trail 在highway 1a, bow valley area. 是非常polular 的一个trail. 前面部分是容易的山林小径，当到达山石底的时候，艰难的部分，需要用手了。 中间还有悬崖峭壁靠着铁链的帮助才能通过。

到达顶峰后，没想到下山的时候， 很多沙石地， Rick 教孩子们跑下山， 窍门是用脚后跟着地，迅速抬起来， 男孩子们一路冲下山，我还是慢一些。

真是快乐难忘的一天。 谢谢你们， Rick and Jason!! 还有可爱的孩子们！！
