即使奥巴马自己都承认说:the housing crisis is the most stubborn issue I've faced。
简单概括就是:“轻易跳票”(over promise and under deliver)。
Why Romney's victory is critical to US economy?
Romney has a stellar track records to turn businesses, state, Olympics around. He has a profound understanding of how business and economy functions, while Obama lacks of basic understanding and experiences, and holds wrong philosophy.
1. How jobs are created? Jobs are created where businesses prosper, so companies need to hire more people to produce products or provide services, which are in high demands. Jobs are not created for the sake of creating jobs.
2. How businesses prosper? Business prospers when their products and services are in demands. Business typically prospers in environment of low land costs, low labor costs, low energy costs, low taxation, etc.
3. How bubbles are created? Bubbles are typically created by easy monetary policy and easy credit.
4. How banking crisis are created? Banks typically use assets as collateral. When assets are in bubble, bank makes loan without enough backing. Also banks adopt loose lending policies to businesses and individuals.
5. What's the downside of money printing? Money printing promotes unfair wealth transfer, borrowing, speculation and moral hazard, while discourages hard working and saving.
6. What's the unintended consequence of government guarantee? The government guarantee makes risks of deposit, investment, artificially equal, thus promotes return chasing at the cost of more risk taking.
7. How to solve the too big to fail problem? Too big to fail simply means too big. We need incentives to break them down. Bailing out banks simply did the opposite. We should wipe out creditors’ value rather than using tax payers’ money.
8. Why big government is never the answer? Market economy is more efficient in allocating resources.
9. Why Obama is not qualified as President? He lacks basic understanding of how business and economy work. He doesn't understand priorities and urgency in managing the economy. He over-emphasizes green energy and education. In Chinese, we say far water can't save the close fire.
10. How a country prospers? Hopefully it prospers when households, companies, states and locals, and federal are in good financial conditions.
In conclusion, Romney understands how to generate economic growth, create jobs, balance budgets, get rid of Bernanke's money printing, and consolidating government. He is the man who can turn US around and make US prosper again for generations to come!
Please feel free to pass the above message around or write your own. Together we can make a difference!

The failure rate of the current administration in the bail out effort is about 8%, including the infamous Solyndra. I wonder why you only listed the successful enterprises Bain/Romney invested but not the failures. If you do a research, you will find out 22% of the companies they bought/sold ended up going bankrupted. So Bain/Romney is not all that glamorous at all and one certainly cannot count on Romney's enterprise skill in running the US government if he keeps the failure rate at 22% which is much higher than the current administration.
There has NEVER been anyone in the White House at any time who has created such an army of staffers whose sole duties are the facilitation of the First Lady's social life. One wonders why she needs so much help, at taxpayer expense, when even Hillary only had three; Jackie Kennedy one; Laura Bush one; and prior to Mamie Eisenhower social help came from the President's own pocket.
Note: This does not include makeup artist Ingrid Grimes-Miles, 49, and "First Hairstylist" Johnny Wright, 31, both of whom traveled aboard Air Force One to Europe.

"关于犹太人多数支持民主党,最主要的原因是,民主党奉行自由化,比较没有信念,因此比较容易被金钱左右,成为犹太人的“傀儡”。犹太人自己很难成为美国总统,就选择一个可以操纵的人称为他们的代言人。奥巴马就是这样的代言人,傀儡。" - 这样的言论不是别有用心至少也是无知。犹太人支持民主党的主要原因是因为对他们而言(这里我引用一个调查的结果)“a commitment to social equality is most important to their Jewish identity”- 社会公正对犹太人是最重要的。
INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Indiana Republican Senate candidate Richard Mourdock refused to apologize Wednesday for saying that rape resulting in pregnancy is "something God intended."
Republican Mitt Romney's campaign says he still supports Indiana Senate candidate Richard Mourdock after Mourdock said "God intended" pregnancies that result from rape. The campaign has not asked Mourdock to pull a TV ad featuring Romney.
Chinese Americans who are still undecided please, firstly, ask yourself a question--why did you leave your homeland and come to this country in the first place? Secondly go see a movie--2016, Obama's America. Obama is by no means a traditional democrat. To understand why he is doing what he is doing and has done in the past three and half years, you need to understand where he came from.Eventually you will be able to decide to whom to vote for.
Main strain media which is deeply in bed with Obama portrayed Romney--a husband who married his wife for over 40 years,a father who raised five fine sons, a self-made mufti-millionaire who donated all money inherited from his father to BYU a villain who simply doesn't care about the poor, and there are lots of folks out there seem to buy all those B.S. I don't understand. If Obama is re-elected, Americans deserve whatever they will get. I always believe things happen for a reason. Maybe this is just the destiny of America. Not long ago in history channel a documentary on George Washington I watched, in his diary, Washington wrote he had a dream last night and someone came to his tent and talked to him he with his legion is going to win the war against Great Britain, he will lead them to built a new country which will be blessed to have about 200 years of unrivaled prosperity, later it's said, the truth is in his diary Washington didn't say it's a dream.

To appreciate 楼主's effort and time, I wanna show my 100% support and agreement. Our household and all my American friends voted and would vote for the same as you would do.
GWB started two wars without paying for them. Remember them?
And if Romney and Ryan are elected — the anti-war movement, the movement to hamstring the War on Terror, will return.
So will homelessness, already present in every corner. The Rich will discover that there’s poverty. thanks to Wall Street greed. “Dissent is the highest form of patriotism” will once more be heard in the land.
You get the picture. I hope you’re having a less cynical day than I am!
The President's "new vision of an America in which prosperity is shared" is the same old economic class dividing rhetoric of telling people the only way their own lot in life can improve is by bringing another down, drawing on the basest of human emotions avarice, jealousy and class envy, shamelessly inciting citizens to covet with authority as he does.
It's not spreading the wealth, but spreading the misery incrementally, as more and more slackers are rewarded from the productivity of fewer and fewer productive workers resulting in the loss of liberty and the eventual tyranny of a life by government ration for all of us.
To be an American is to love liberty and freedom and many Americans have died defending them for us.
This President hardly ever mentions these words in his speeches because liberty and freedom are directly opposed to the society he seeks for America. He is a committed collectivist working to diminish them by incrementally absolving personal responsibilities and conferring them on the collective, slowly undermining our American heritage, our values, our work ethic, and our pride in American self reliance by leading lives prepared for tomorrow.
Our Constitution, the same one he’s sworn to uphold, defend and protect, is not "a fundamentally flawed document" as he repeatedly states at college commencement exercises as he seeks to dissociate our young people from the founding of their republic, their heritage, their education and the values of their parents and grandparents, and any religious instruction.
His revisionist history, his contrived new start, his secular collectivist vision of the future are all baseless, backward, wrong, un-American, a road to certain ruin, depravity and decadence, that will all be defeated simply because they must be defeated.
Ronald Reagan taught us, "Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction." Our vigil in the defense of liberty is perpetual, constant and without end.
