Multi-grain Bread

1 2/3 cup Organic Valley Whole milk

2 tsp Instant Active Dry Yeast

2 cups bread flour



1 cup whole wheat flour

2/3 cup 7 grain flour

2/3 cup mixture of (sesame, flax seeds, millets, oats raisin mix,sunflower seeds)

1/3 cup chunks of Parmesan cheese 

2 tsp salt


2 tbsp E.V.O.O .

Dough cycle done and rise in double. 360F, bake 25 minutes.
