教小儿做黑人兄弟的秘方------烤蟹肉饼（山寨）

以前二姑妈餐馆有个工作了二十多年的黑人兄弟，专门负责西餐，他久不久就为我们聚餐而做蟹肉饼，一做就是一的盆，很好吃，我就山寨下来，成了自家大餐之一，常常为请客的大餐。看看小儿书呆子一个，就教他多一点厨艺。

材料：蟹肉两罐，青、红椒各一，蘑菇一盒，洋葱一个（蔬菜可以随意更换时菜）


调料和其他材料：生抽、Mayonnaise、蛋、Bacon、面包粉


小儿切菜，毛手毛脚的，惨不忍的睹


开罐，手无博鸡之力


花了半个钟的成果，没切到手已是万幸，看得我一身汗


加蟹肉


加面包粉(Bread Crumbs)


加Mayonnaise


加个七、八蛋再拌匀


加Bacon


铺上一层Bacon


烤炉400度，四十五分钟左右，看到这样就好。

今天在超市里买东西的时候，突然想到你的这道菜，就对女儿说，我的网友介绍了一个蟹肉的什么什么（一下子没想起烤蟹肉饼这个名字），要不要我们试一试？女儿看着我问，什么是‘蟹肉什么什么’啊？你连名称也不记得就敢做啊？我说反正我记得有蟹肉，最上面铺一层培根。女儿斜着眼看我一下说，你那个腰身还敢吃培根啊？结果我就只好闭嘴了。

哇~~看起来非常好哎，我们这里没有卖蟹肉的，不知道放别的海鲜，如青口鱼类不知道好不好？

煮菜很少量化，随意，如要量化，面包粉就五汤匙吧。
