今晚的素餐 - 通心粉沙拉 Penne Pasta Salad

意大利通心粉沙拉 Penne Pasta Salad

  • 1 package (16 ounces) penne pasta 一包(16盎司)penne通心粉
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes 一杯樱桃番茄(每个切成一半)
  • 1 cup chopped green pepper 一杯青椒(切成小块)
  • 1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives 一罐(二又四分之一盎司)黑橄榄
  • 1 bottle (8 ounces) Italian salad dressing 一瓶(八盎司)意大利沙拉酱
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper 二分之一茶匙粗黑胡椒
  • 1/4 teaspoon each, garlic salt and lemon-pepper seasoning 莳萝叶, 蒜粉,柠檬辣椒粉各四分之一茶匙

Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large serving bowl, combine the tomatoes, green pepper and olives. Drain pasta and rinse in cold water; add to the vegetables. Combine salad dressing and seasonings; pour over salad and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
