Begging the Question

Begging the Question is the same as Circular Reasoning.

A Easy example:

Plaintiff: Judge, I'm not lying here. I'm a religious person, and religious people don't lie.

Judge: How do I know you are a religious person?Plaintiff: Because I would never lie.

Here is a hard one:

The claim that Einstein's relativity theory disproved absolute time begs the question. The reason being, Einstein'presupposes that there is no absolute time.
