从完美才女到瘫痪在床不能自理
1994年，清华大学化学系物理化学和仪器分析专业92级学生朱令突发离奇怪病，1995年4月28日被确诊为剧毒物铊中毒。朱令经诊治虽然保住了性命，残酷的后遗症却伴其终生，至今生活不能自理。朱令曾经被视作清华的“完美女生”，民乐队明星、国家游泳二级运动员，成绩名列前茅，而今她的智力水平仅五六岁，双目几乎失明，全靠年逾古稀的父母照顾。近20年来，网络舆论从未忘却朱令。

该项征签如能在6月2日前获得10万人的签名，便可启动美国政府的回应甚至立案。这个动议是美国时间5月 3日提交的，截至5月4日晚8点，已经有8千多人支持这一动议。

中毒案回顾
一度被称为“奇案”、“谜案”的清华女生朱令中毒案，一是因为案件恶劣，且长期未被侦破；二是围绕本案所流传的一些说法，让公众对案件“无果”的结论产生了别样的担忧。1997年4月，朱令同宿舍同学孙维曾被警方作为嫌疑人讯问，后警方解除嫌疑，但至今仍被不少网友所质疑，尤其是孙维的家庭被传拥有显赫的政界背景。
1994年底清华大学化学系三年级学生朱令出现了奇怪的中毒症状：秀发脱落、面肌瘫痪、发音含混、四肢无力，当时送往北京协和医院，医院束手无策，查不出病因，她的同学把她的情况译成英文发到互联网上求助，他们收到了来自世界各地的回信1500多封，其中不少回信认为她是“铊”中毒，后经专家诊断证实。但是确诊并没有使她的病情立即好转：昔日相貌秀美、聪慧可人的女孩几乎变成了植物人。尽管当年摄入的铊剂量足以夺人性命，但是这个女孩却顽强地活了下来。
在朱令案中扮演重要角色的“匿名黑客”接受采访时称，其曾侵入孙维和其他同学邮箱，获得孙维指导几名同学支持她澄清嫌疑声明的“发帖指南”等资料。黑客称“希望推动朱令案调查重启”。

In 1995, Zhu Ling as a Tsinghua university student was found out to be purposely poisoned twice by lethal chemical: Thallium, which leads to her permanent paralysis. It was indicated that Sun, her roommate, had the motive, and access to the deadly chemical. Jasmine Sun was investigated by police as suspect in 1997. But resources show that the case was mystically closed due to her family's powerful political connections. Resources also show that she changed her name and entered USA by marriage fraud.
To protect the safety of our citizens, we petite that the government investigate and deport her.
