In the first half of July 2013, Waterbank at Dakota topped the list of most searched residential projects on PropertyGuru. The recently launched Lush Acres was also a new entry to the Top 10 list.
Waterbank at Dakota is a 99-year leasehold condominium located in District 14. This 616-unit project was launched in April 2010 and was nearly fully sold within a month. Standing at 20-storeys high, the development is expected to TOP in 2014. Waterbank at Dakota is within proximity to the Dakota and Kallang MRT stations.
Lush Acres, the fourth executive condominium (EC) project unveiled this year, is situated at Fernvale Close in District 19. It comprises 380 units and will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2016.
Meanwhile, as per searches done on the website, District 15 remains the most popular area for both home buyers and tenants.
This past fortnight, Woodlands has been the most popular HDB estate for sale. Jurong West topped the chart as the most searched HDB estate for rent, followed by Tampines and Bedok. At the same time, Jurong East entered the Top 10 list of most searched HDB estates.
As per the latest available caveats lodged with the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), a unit from The Glyndebourne recorded the highest transacted price for a condo in the first half of the month. A freehold condominium development, it is located at 38 Trevose Crescent in District 11. Expected to be completed in 2015, it stands five-storeys tall and features a total of 150 units. The Glyndebourne is relatively close to the future Stevens MRT station.
The most affordable unit was sold at Edenz Loft, a freehold apartment located along Lorong 28 Geylang in District 14. Expected to be ready in 2015, more than 30 units have been sold in this 42-unit project. Edenz Loft is close to Aljunied, Dakota and Mountbatten MRT stations.
