When there is any kidnap in real world
there might be an arbitrator or a swat team there to help
When the Congress hold the country for hostage
no swat team in the world could do anything
What a free world
Perhaps technology has been advanced enough
that people could have chances to break the ice
with votes since the Congress could not do their jobs
