看了翠花姐的大饼贴，就想伸手拿块吃了解馋。可惜够不着啊。看看帖子好像不难吗。正好早上熬了一锅粥。晚餐就缺张饼了。用了不到两杯的面粉，烙了一张。葱是咱家地里的。做完后复习帖子觉得两个地方没有学习到家。一个是要二次发面半小时。来不及了。没有二次发面。再一个是应该用擀面杖再擀一下芝麻。咱就拿手按按。所以做的不好。但很好吃。正好烧了一个素菜乱炖。用饼沾菜汤，香。
