in someone else' ears
or just noises like summer day cicada
or summer night crickets
To me, they are like footprints of
a fox, a rabbit or a deer
that were left in the backyard
barely noticeable after the fact
no thrill no fuss
or like a swoosh of breeze
a few drops of rain
no dear no tears
