简单易做的巧克力蛋糕

 不用分蛋,不用机器,是我做过最简单易做湿润好吃的蛋糕了!

材料:

干料: 2/3 杯 可可粉(cocoa), 2 1/4 杯 面粉,2 杯 白糖, 1 1/2 小勺( teaspoons)泡打粉小苏打( baking powder), 1 1/2  小勺(teaspoons)小苏打( baking soda), 3/4 小勺盐( teaspoon),1 1/2 小勺(teaspoons)速溶咖啡( instant coffee )

湿料:1 1/2 杯 橙汁或水( orange juice or water), 3 个鸡蛋(eggs ),1 1/4 杯油(oil)

 

做法:

1 食品加工器(方子说Steel Knife,指Food Processor 吧):  将所有干料放入食品加工器的容器中,搅拌10秒。

2 然后加入橙汁和鸡蛋。开始搅拌,机器还在运行时加入油。搅拌约45秒。 不要搅拌过度。

3 将面糊倒入抹好油的10-inch tube pan or 12 cup Bundt pan。预热烤箱至350 度(华氏 F),烤约55到60分钟。冷却20分钟后脱盘。放入冰箱冷冻保存即可(可能量大,放入冷冻室可保湿,随吃随切。另,冷冻的效果可能是为了让蛋糕体收紧,好切)。

 7人份的配方如下(我就不翻译了):

Material: 1 1/2 cups sugar,2 cups flour,1/2 cup cocoadash of salt,1 teaspoon Instant coffee,1 teaspoon baking powder,1 teaspoon baking soda,1 1/4 cups milk, orange juice or water,3 eggs,3/4 cup oil

 

Steel Knife:

1 Combine all dry ingredients in processor bowl. Process until blended, about 10 seconds.

2 Add milk and eggs. Start processor and add oil through feed tube while machine is running. Process batter for 45 seconds. Do not insert pusher in feed tube and do not overprocess.

3 Pour batter into a well-greased and floured 9 or 12 cup Bundt pan or 9-inch tube pan Bake at 325 degrees F for about 55 to 60 minutes, until cake tests done. Cool for 20 minutes before removing from pan. Ice with your favorite chocolate frosting.

原帖是用的,但也是轻轻搅拌就行了,我做时没用
