方圆贷款今日房贷利率(CA、FL、MD、TX、VA)
SUMMARY:今天(11月18日星期一)开盘时的房贷利率价格和上周相比变好。目前重新贷款40万左右的利率30年固定下跌至4.125%,15 年固定稳定在3.25%,5/1 ARM稳定在3.125%。购房贷款40万左右30年固定的利率下跌至4.000%,15年固定稳定在3.125%,5/1 ARM下跌至2.75%。
