方圆贷款今日房贷利率(CA、FL、MD、TX、VA)
SUMMARY:今天(12月06日星期五)开盘时的房贷利率价格和昨日相比持平。目前重新贷款40万左右的利率,30年固定稳定在4.5%,15 年固定稳定在3.5%,5/1 ARM稳定在3.25%。购房贷款40万左右,30年固定的利率稳定在4.375%,15年固定上稳定在3.375%,5/1 ARM稳定在2.875%。
