争无所争不屑争，I strove with none, for none was worth my strife;

自然艺术爱平生；Nature I lov’d, and next to Nature, Art;

生命炉火双手烤， I warm’d both hands before the fire of life;

火尽灰灭我离身。It sinks, and I am ready to depart.
