Sleepy

The cloud of dreams still persisted
after the sun takes over the night
even if not into the head
at least they were trying to cast some spell
to shutdown the eyelids while sitting
Only walking into the cold could break the spell
but that wouldn't last long enough
The magic coffee didn't always work
because sugar undercuts the spirit of caffeine
The day was dozed on and off
