Culture difference

Recently been to a training about Culture variation.  Being abroad for over 15 years and stayed in different countries, really make me feel the culture difference.  Even in Europe, every country has its own charactor. 

Its really worth to go to the training and find out more about how to deal with it of which will help a lot in my life and of course at work as well.  keep the information to remind myself  - Good Customer Service
