做法 :
1。竹蛏入滚水稍烫,捞起泡冷水,起肉切对开,去内脏,冲洗干净,滤干备用。
2。两大匙油烧热,放入所有配料爆香;加竹蛏,调味料1,2,转旺火快速拌炒片刻,以太白粉水打薄嵌即可。
汁用来拌饭很鲜美。
