做法 :蒜粒入油锅炸成金黄色,捞起备用。两大匙油加糖烧热,熬成褐色,加入鸡块,姜片拌炒至上色。加酱油,麻油,香醋,料酒,上盖焖煮至汤汁收干,放辣椒片,九层塔,洋葱,蒜粒一起拌炒即可。
镬气,香气,肉嫩味骄。下酒送饭皆宜!
