Saw this fringe necklace in a store and wanted to change the look. I replaced the clear beads and added some stones to it. Look nice, isn't it?
1.Final look
2. First try with light blue AB stones on the top row. Since the color effect did not seem rich enough, the stones were replaced with dark blue stones as shown in the picture above.

A lot of jewel (I mean fashion, toy jewels) on the market has clear, low-key decorations, because the maker want it to be appealing to the public.
