什锦菜

材料 ： 1。墨西哥烙饼，2。肉丝/虾仁（泡嫩油后滤干），3。木耳丝，金针菜，卷心菜丝，胡萝卜丝，节瓜丝，甜椒丝，辣椒，洋葱丝，韭菜，4。香菜，蛋丝，5。 甜面酱，甜辣酱。


调味料 ： 蚝油，料酒，味精，生抽，糖，胡椒粉。


做法 ： 两大匙油烧热，放进材料（3）翻炒数分钟后加入材料（2）和所有调味料拌炒均匀即可。烙饼一张置盘中，放上适量炒熟馅料，加材料（4，5），卷成春卷形状。
