We have to find out what are the causes of the cancer.
Generally, the causes are: Heart/circulation problems; Bad diet; Constipation; Lack of exercise and physical activities/sweat(daily); Hormone replacement; Genetic; Environmental. I know for sure the first is the main cause, and is applicable for every one. And I also know the forth is applicable for you. I suspect that the second and third could be the causes to you, too. Could you tell me each item in detail via Qiaoqiao Hua? That way I can better to help you.

This is only general information. Hope it is helpful.
There are cancer treatment guidelines for every body site including breast, which are made by National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) http://www.nccn.org. These are very well recognized and followed in US by almost every specialist in the management of cancer including surgeons, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, etc.
First you may want to make sure the cancer diagnosis is absolutely correct. If possible, seek second opinion about the pathologic diagnosis because everything else is all based on the correct diagnosis. The HER2/Neu status is also critical for further treatment.
Generally speaking, invasive lobular carcinoma tends to be multifocal and/or bilateral. My bias for lobular carcinoma is mastectomy: once for all, and also no need for radiation after surgery, although this is subject to debate. However, if you are considering lumpectomy, make sure this is the only tumor (so called solitary tumor) in the breast. You may need radiation after lumpectomy surgery depending on the result of pathologic examination of the removed breast.
Weather you need chemotherapy after the mastectomy/lumpectomy surgery depends on the pathologic examination of the removed breast and the lymph node status.
Invasive lobular carcinoma are virtually all strongly positive for estrogen receptor( 雌激素受体). Estrogen play a more important role in etiology of lobular carcinoma than ductal carcinoma. That's why the hormonal chemotherapy is the main regimen for lobular carcinoma rather than the mastectomy in ductal carcinoma. Find the best oncologist is very important.
