Sound of Ambulance

I don't know about you
To me
the sound of ambulance is not meant to scare away the lives
but to push one off to death
Unless I am completely out already
the sound of it just appears to be a pair of gripping hands
piercing through ears
and snatching the last breadth or heartbeat
right off my last awareness
