BUY! It is no brainer! When Japanese and German bonds with negative interest rate, HNP offers an yeild of 10% at the current price.

It closed at $25.19 on Friday, 6/30.  $2.85/sh dividend went ex on 6/27. After a10% tax on the dividend, there is still a small gain.

Added 300sh @$23.15 this Friday, July 8, 2016.  The dividend for 2015 is $2.85/sh.  Friday's price is still higher than pre dividend date low of $25.85 when the dividend is added.  It is, though, a new multi-year low.
