八年啦,别提它啦 ... ...
自从八年前俺戒了普通麦子面粉也同时戒了制做我最爱吃的面包。昨天,在领导的强烈抗议下,终于重抄旧业,心里没底,能否成功,试试看:
用右边的配方,做两磅的
红糖,芝麻,核桃仁,花生,喜欢啥就加啥
横着看
竖着看
哈哈,一大一小,大胖二胖
涂点蛋黄或水调蜂蜜,350度20分钟
感觉手艺不太减当年,领导吃的美极了!
我只能用这种面粉,做的面食很有限:
