2015巴尔的摩暴乱后,我在本坛呼吁建议,大举购买巴尔的摩的房子,虽然本坦反应比较负面,但是美国地主总统床铺,和他的地主女婿听到了,竟然一个月就买了 5500套巴尔的摩的房子。可惜我只买了2个duplex 楼,每个楼 2 个 lot, 一个 lot分别有 2-3个 units. 一共10个单元,月租金在 1万-2万;波动大的原因是部分房子还在装修,买房及装修投资11万,一年回报就把投资全收回来了。下面是我的旧帖:
