Who told you "The manufacturing sector never left the US. The jobs did"? We just went to Sears for Craftsmen tools. So many tools on the shelf are Made in China. 20 years ago, NO item from this brand are Made in China.
The Whites have dominated the control of the US, and still does. You might have been mistaken as to thinking that, just because there are now a lot of Asians/Blacks/Hispanics, that the Whites are somehow not in control of government/businesses/universities. The reality is: the top positions in the USA are dominated by Whites.
Also: the problem in the US is that the whites are not having as many children. Without the minorities, the US will only have a population of about 200 million -- much, much smaller than EU or China, and it would be harder for the US to compete internationally. The US needs a large population.
>>>第二,促进就业,重振高端制造业。
Sure, that'd be nice. I don't see how starting a trade war or backing out of TPP would help that, however.
The manufacturing sector never left the US. The jobs did -- mostly because the factories began using robots. That's a trend that is not reversible.
