前几天我的LG G4的手机突然停留在LIFE IS GOOD的启动画面上，尝试了拨电池，拨卡，反复试，偶尔能进入但很快就回到那个画面。
这个手机是去年1月份左右买，可能已经过保。赶紧通过LG CANADA网站上的在线聊天联系客服，客服倒是见识多了，查了我的IMEI编号之后，就叫我过去寄去维修。下面是部分内容

后来一查，原来是LG年前就曝出来的硬件问题。

LG在2016年1月就承认问题并答应维修。

我的机器出问题比较迟，但最终还是来了。看来我是奥特了。
现在17年3月22号，AMAZON上卖$219，还有人买吗？听说是特定系列号（505）开始的就一定有这个问题。

其实LG走的路线有点像国货，靠性价比取胜，当时LG2在市场上取得成功。没想到LG4出了这档子事。好像二线品牌，出了问题不见大家把它当作大新闻。
顺便吐槽下CANADA POST，寄个二天抵达的快件（就一个手机），收费30加元。电子商务在加拿大的确不用做了。我再寄一二次就可以买一个新的了：=）
后话，我的邮件周四晚上寄走，周一傍晚才到。维修好后，周五就已经寄回来了。速度还是蛮快的。查看维修单，是更换了主板。
不过，我的数据全部被清掉了，微信历史，各个程序保存的密码等都消失或要重输入。
还好，我的通讯录、照片、邮件等都在GOOGLE上同步，没有损失。
