Glacier
Once I hiked up a mountain on a winding trail.
The trail wound through the woods and meadow,
And led me to dream about a fairy tale.
Then I hiked along a creek in the mountain’s shadow.
The creek brushed the aged trees and rocky shore.
And led me to dream about an ancient chateau.
Instead of a chateau I reached a glacier floor.
The glacier mothered the creek and the mountain,
And led me to dream about a universe soar and roar.
