两杯面,一茶匙苏打粉,一满茶匙泡打粉,一点点油,一点点酵母粉,些许盐。
面要和得比较软,揉好放一个小时;然后擀成长条,两面抹油,再放置两个小时,就可以切条压成油条上锅炸了。
