肉沫粉丝油豆腐煲
食材:有调好的猪肉馅儿,煮好的粉丝,豆腐泡,绿菜花,白菜。
调料:黄豆油,盐,酱油,花椒面,热水,葱末,香菜。
做法:白菜洗净切块,菜花洗净空干水分,锅内放油,大火烧开,加入葱末爆香,加入肉馅炒熟,加入白菜和绿菜花和盐继续翻炒,之后加入粉丝,豆腐泡,花椒面,酱油,开水,拌匀,盖上盖子中火焖至汁剩10%。
把大碗蒸热(家里电磁炉无法烧砂锅),把菜放到碗中,撒上葱花和香菜,就上腊八粥,热呼呼的好吃。
