第一步:冷水煮鸡蛋,水开之后,再煮三分钟即可;
第二部:敲碎鸡蛋壳,以便于后期卤味可以渗透到鸡蛋内;
第三步:依次加盐、酱油、茶叶、卤料、冰糖;
第四步:再次将卤水煮开之后,关火闷上8-10个小时;
第五步:捞出鸡蛋,开吃~~
