回复 '达姆TU' 的评论 :Hi,dear gentleman, originally, I didn't want talking with you because of no respect and politeness showing from your words,
but now, l have to ask you a question:
What's wrong for writing a essay about nostalgia even though my English isn't good enough?
I just answer my net friend's comment instead of attending a english test . rather casually,so, maybe some grammar mistakes coming, or maybe, my english isn't as good as yours, but It's a reason that you have a right to treat people so harshly?
You are welcomed to teach me English nicely
I wish you know some english to understand me.

Co-worker's parents came to US from Yugoslavia when he was a little child, and parents have lived in the US for 40 plus years. His father died, and went to his funeral: 95% of people attending the funeral were his own countrymen, and the service was conducted in their native language, in their native tradition - I felt left out in the situation. I would venture to guess: what you describe applies to all new immigrants, from China, or other place. Locally I always see meet-up cycle group, consisting of entirely Philippinos. You would considered lucky, if you will have a home country to go back to after you retire. Many don't, for various reasons.
